So, I finished university and I graduate next month with first class honours in Creative Writing and Illustration, and I can't believe how much I learned. My artwork is so much better thanks to that course - likely because I was forced to draw for several hours every single day - and I truly understand my place in the illustration world, now. I am lightly available for horsey commissions and human character artwork. As for the writing side, I've come out with an award for my dissertation and a publishing contract for my teen horror novella, and I've gained some incredible writing peers. It took me a long time to find where I am supposed to be, but I did, and now I am living with peace in my soul. My novella will be available in summer 2024, and will also be illustrated by me. My health still isn't grand; I am sadly quite unwell these days, and into my second month of being signed off work completely while the doctors work out how to help.
