Good points about your portrait:
The hair is brilliant! Very natural and flowing
The form of the ear nose and lips all very realistic!
Point to improve:
The left eye, looks a tad odd to me. I thought maybe the pupil doesn't contrast enough with the iris so it blurs giving it a hazy effect or it might possibly be that there aren't any eyelashes.
Over all I think it's a stunning piece, great composition, colour and form
