Hellloooo

Once again I apologise for being a bit quiet at the moment, all this Christmas business is quite time consuming

I hope you're all doing well, and I also hope to see some pretty Christmassy art in my inbox soon

because, honestly, this is easily my favourite time of year. I get 100% into 'the spirit of it all' and I must have sent about 100 cards this year

I also recently bought some rainbow tinsel, and it's fantastic. RAINBOW TINSEL!

Now, as the journal title suggests, this update is mostly to do with my role as a Community Volunteer within #communityrelations, but its not all about Vexel Art and its galleries, and I have some great things to mention so there's something for everyone

However, I will start with vexel related things, because it IS my favourite media, after all

Moving along, I would really like to know what YOU would like to see happen with and around the vexel art media, its galleries here on dA and projects to get involved in. What can I do for you?

At the moment, I have been featuring Daily Deviations, which you can find here in my collection, and I have been working hard on some truly vexcellent things for a Vexel Week with #projecteducate, which features some chat events, games, interviews, a community project, a contest and loads of fun art feature articles jam-packed with information all about this art form

There will be plenty going on that week, with some incredible prizes to win throughout as well. So we're looking forward to that, yes? Good

I am also planning a larger scale contest for next year, and a few more fun games and trivias throughout the year - maybe even a second Project Educate week if you all enjoy it and would like to see more!
